Who we are

What we collect
When you ask for a home check we collect your first name, phone number, email address, suburb and your answers to the quick questions (how you heat your home now, whether you own it and your timing). If you send them, we also keep your property address, photos, and our calls and messages with you. Calls may be recorded. We also record which ad or link brought you to this page.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, text and email. Some of our texts are written by an automated (AI) assistant to confirm your details and book a time. A member of our team handles your home check and quote.
- To prepare and give you a quote, and to install and service your system if you go ahead.
- To understand which of our ads and pages work, so we can improve them.
You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us not to contact you.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our customer records, phone and messaging systems. To apply the Victorian Energy Upgrades discount, the details the program requires are shared with the accredited provider that creates the certificates. Some providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We don't sell your information.
Advertising and analytics
This page uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you send the form, Meta receives your email address, phone number, first name and suburb in a scrambled (hashed) form so it can match the enquiry to our ad. We may also tell Meta, in the same hashed form, if you book a call, receive a quote or go ahead, so we can measure our ads. These tools use cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
Contact us to see or correct the details we hold about you, or to make a complaint. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Free home check
The home check is free and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Up to $7,000 off
The discount comes from Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU), a voluntary Victorian Government program. Orlando Powered is a private business, not a government agency. The amount depends on your eligibility, your existing gas ducted heating and the approved system installed, and is confirmed with your quote before you agree to anything. Your gas ducted heater must still be installed so it can be decommissioned and removed. The discount is taken off your quote; there is nothing to claim. Conditions apply.
Your quote
Your quote is based on the check at your home. Anything you ask us to add or change is quoted first.
Install timing
The exact timing depends on your home and the system, and we'll confirm it with your quote.
